Welcome to WMQ Building Services

One of Scotland's Most Trusted Mechanical & Electrical and Renewable Energy Contractors - serving domestic and commercial customers for 40 years.

For 40 years Weir & McQuiston (Scotland) Ltd. has been bringing life to commercial and industrial buildings throughout the country. No matter the purpose a building is designed and constructed for, it needs power and services to allow it to function.

Technological advances within the industry mean that change is a continuous process. This is true in terms of working methods, health and safety protocol, attitudes towards the environment and new areas of business. As a result WMQ  has learned to continually adapt and develop its services to accommodate new techniques whilst maintaining the high level of service and quality our clients expect.

A History Of Excellence

From 3 employees in 1976, the company has grown consistently to its current level of prominence in the mechanical, electrical and renewable contracting industry, employing over 100 skilled tradesmen. Reassuringly, much of the company’s work comes from repeat business with established clients while new customers continue to be attracted by our solid reputation of a job well done at a fair price.

Check our recent projects section for examples of this.
