Work has begun on the extension to Elliot House on Edinburgh's Hillside Crescent where WMQ provided the mechanical and electrical installation in the original development a few years ago and are now onsite to provide the same within the extension. This 'extension' is actually an A-listed building constructed in 1820 and is part of the original terrace and has been used for the past 80 or so years as an RAF club. One of its most famous visitors being Neil Armstrong who visited the club in 1972 when he was made an honorary member! WMQ is working with Sharkey on the project and when complete this will provide further high quality student accommodation in the city.
